Educational Background and Academic Experience

Hu Hao, received M.A. and Ph. D. at Nanjing University, and now is the Director of World History Department and the Deputy Director of the Center for Israel Studies, Henan University. He is the council member of Chinese Middle East Studies Association, International Politics Research Association in Chinese Universities and Alliance of Chinese Jewish Culture Studies. His academic fields focus on Modern Judaism, Modern Jewish Intellectual History, anti-Semitism and Holocaust, Israel Religious and Ethnic Groups. Until now, Dr. Hu has published more than 30 papers on Jewish and Israel Studies. Dr. Hu was a visiting scholar at Hebrew University from Oct. 2007- Oct. 2008 and at Brandeis University from June 2014 to June 2015.
